 LITTLE ROCK - Governor Mike Beebe today announced the following judicial appointment:

Searcy W. Harrell, Jr., Camden, as Circuit Judge for the Fourth Division of the 13th Judicial District. Appointment expires December 31, 2012. Replaces Judge Susan Hickey.

Governor Mike Beebe also announced the following appointments to boards and commissions:

Antonio Abad, Maumelle, to the Arkansas Board of Health Education. Appointment expires July 31, 2014. Replaces Neldia Preston.

Richard Anderson, Little Rock, reappointed to the Arkansas Athletic Commission. Appointment expires July 15, 2013.

Solomon Bradford, Little Rock, reappointed to the Capitol Zoning District Commission. Appointment expires August 13, 2014.

Derek Donahou, Combs, to the Criminal Detention Facility Review Committee, Judicial District 4. Appointment expires January 14, 2013. Replaces Steve Treat.

Dr. Buckley Foster, Clarksville, to the Prairie Grove Battlefield State Park Advisory Commission. Appointment expires July 1, 2012. Replaces Don Montgomery.

Billy Garner, Booneville, reappointed to the Individual Sewage Disposal Systems Advisory Committee. Appointment expires October 1, 2015.

Jerry Graves, Hamburg, as Ashley County Justice of the Peace, District 4. Appointment expires December 31, 2012. Replaces Samuel Arnold.

Loutelious "T" Holmes, West Memphis, to the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. Appointment expires January 14, 2015. Replaces Joe Black.

Ron Killingsworth, Forrest City, to the Mississippi River Parkway Commission. Appointment expires June 8, 2016. Replaces Eva Hollowell.

Andrew Parker, Little Rock, to the State Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board. Appointment expires July 31, 2014. Replaces Patricia Hambrick.

Dr. John Robinette, Sheridan, reappointed to the Arkansas Board of Podiatric Medicine. Appointment expires September 1, 2014.

Janna Toland, Little Rock, to the Early Intervention Interagency Coordinating Council. Appointee serves at the will of the governor. Replaces Tina Pilgreen.

John Tyer, Clinton, reappointed to the Individual Sewage Disposal Systems Advisory Committee. Appointment expires October 1, 2015.

Ralph Vines, Little Rock, reappointed to the Capitol Zoning District Commission. Appointment expires August 13, 2014.

Lang Zimmerman, Mountain Home, to the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. Appointment expires January 14, 2015. Replaces Graham Catlett.
