CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) - Bethlehem House, Conway’s homeless shelter, recently raised over $36,000 during the Tenth Annual Valentine Gala and Auction.

This was the first year for the Jewelry Hunt from Dayer Jewelers. Forty boxes were sold for $50 each, one box contained a Chatham Aquamarine and Diamond pendant valued at $1,100 won by Tess Fletcher of Conway. All other boxes contained a gift certificate for a meal from David’s Burgers.

Bethlehem House is a non-profit shelter that depends on support from local churches, organizations and individuals. Funds from the Valentine Gala and Auction go to the Operational Fund for day-to-day operations.

Bethlehem House has a mission to change the life situations of the homeless and nearly homeless in our community. To obtain more information, volunteer with or donate to Bethlehem House, call (501) 329-4862 or visit bethlehemhouse.net.
